"WellSource" - Full Integrated System


  • November 24-25, 2010 November 24-25, 2010 Two day Orientation of field crews and field supervisors with the Digital Tracking System in Carbon, Alberta. The orientation was conducted to familiarize all personnel with the functions on programs used before and introduce new software for the upcoming operations.
  • March 12, 2011 March 12, 2011 Successful completion using the digital system for the First Winter Drilling Project 2010-11. Demob of all computers from the rigs. The Program Included digital data collection using the WM Field System for over 550 wells.
  • March 22, 2011 March 22, 2011 Successful Completion of theSecond Winter Drilling Project 2010-11. Demob of all personnel from the field. The program included full Field Supervision and the full WM Digital System for over 600 wells.
  • May 2012 May 2012 Successful Completion of theSecond Winter Drilling Project 2010-11. Demob of all personnel from the field. The program included full Field Supervision and the full WM Digital System for over 600 wells.
  • July – Sep 2010 July – Sep 2010 Testing WM Digital System with Suncor.
  • September 2010 September 2010 Completing New WM Cost Control system.

Oil Sand Coring Supervision - Field



Our main projects are located in the Fort McMurray Area in Oil Sands development. Our team consists of professionals with over 10 years of experience in all phases of a project (planning, construction, drilling and geology), which is one of the main reasons for our team's success.


Supervising Team:


The major difference between the Wellsite Masters (WM) Team and any other supervising team is that Wellsite Masters is always incorporating cutting edge of equipment in daily operations. 
Every supervisor will have the following:
Uniforms, proper labels, with easy to read names and positions, GPS units, digital cameras, radios, and complete PPE.
All our vehicles are equipped with Amber lights buggy whips (12 ft from ground) 20lb fire extinguisher, and First Aid kit.


Team members will have the following training:
Geology: First Aid, CSTS, WHMIS, H2S Alive, and OCLC.


Drilling: First Aid, CSTS, WHMIS, H2S Alive, OCLC and 2nd line.


The team will consist of the following:

  • Project Supervisor - Overlooking the entire project.
  • Construction Supervisor - Overlooking all construction and reclamation.
  • Geology Team - Lead Geologist and Coring Supervisors
  • Drilling Team – Lead Drilling Superintendent and Wellsite Drilling Supervisors.
  • Geotech Team – Lead Geotech Coordinator, Geotech Supervisors and Lab Technicians with Mobile Field Lab if requested.
  • Cost Controller – Manage budget and coordinate contractors on a daily basis.
  • Safety Supervisor - Overlooking other safety supervisors and all safety meetings.
Data Entry Personnel – For data management with over four rigs.
