Services :: Geotech Supervision

Geotechnical Supervision

Wellsite Masters offers full Geotechnical supervision using a state of the art reporting system.

All of our Geotech supervisors will provide soil descriptions in a field log and later convert it using PowerCore® software. This file will contain geophysical logs incorporated into the striplog file and can be ready for the client’s review and accessible on a secure website 24 hrs after the well is logged. This final striplog can be useful for the geologists in the core lab where they can start inputting lithologic descriptions from core point to total depth. Our Geotech supervisors will maintain the timelog, payroll record, and materials consumed data using the WM Digital Tracking System. Installation of monitoring instruments, if any, can be plotted digitally on the installation sheet.

Our entire Geotech supervising crew is equipped with complete safety equipment and trained for many different possible hazards.

Standard equipment includes GPS, Digital Camera, Cell phone, and 2 way Radios Gas Monitors and computer equipment. Wellsite Masters encourages clients to approve 4-Head Gas Monitors to be a part of our standard safety equipment.

All of our vehicles are equipped with amber lights, buggy whips (12 ft from ground), GPS and dedicated storage for samples.

A final report is completed in an easy to read tabloid binder where we are usually able to fit one log per page (maximum 2 pages per log) all digital data burned on CD or DVD media.
